The June SBYC Log has been posted to the "members-only" section of the SBYC website, and Gail will surely be sending me the JULY log post online any day now! Keep an eye on the "Members Only" section of the web site for regular log updates!

Wireless Network BOOST on the way for SBYC!
Due to popular demand, and key members including contributions with their demands, and due to matching funds graciously provided by the board, SBYC has a wireless repeater and outdoor antennae on order to arrive sometime in the next week. It is our hope to extend and improve wireless connectivity to all the club's docks, as well as to improve the so-so signal in Ronda's office. Thanks to the Lyles, Klingenbergs, Dreschlers, Smiths, Famas, Pizers, Lerouxs, Pizers, Wheelesses, Lewises, and Michael Shults for their financial contributions to the "SBYC Wireless Fund". Thanks, in advance, to Tommy Rodriguez, who will be my "go to" guy when it comes to to install!

Membership Committee HELP WANTED
HELP! Membership Committee needs new members to help support the club. Specific assistance desired includes the need for a Committee Secretary to assist with data entry, list maintenance, report generation, meeting minute recording and reporting. Assistance is also desired to help us communicate with and process member requests for leave of absence, resignations, change in member status, etc. We're always looking for help with membership committee projects, initiatives, and efforts, including recruiting, special event planning and staffing, advertising, marketing, promotion, etc.  Anyone with a desire to “pitch in” can help!
